From bread to salad to risotto, I'1000 rounding up my favorite zucchini recipes on the web to celebrate the abundance of zucchini all over the place!
The other twenty-four hour period at the farmers marketplace I literally encountered a zucchini that was the size of my arm. Literally. Information technology was insane. And while I didn't take it dwelling house with me, I did accept home some cuter zukes that went correct into a risotto! And so I proceeded to swallow the entire thing by myself.
